XJ-85 rubber extruder mainly consists of screw, outer housing, liner, unit body, unit head and transmission system, etc. components.
1) Screw: this is the main part of the unit. The screw adopts two-end decreasing pitch type and is made from high quality carbon steel. It reaches a certain strength after heat treatment, meeting the requirement of wearability. There is a long hole in middle of screw, through which steam or cooling water can be injected to heat or cool according to different technological requirements.
2) Outer housing: it is mounted in between the unit body and liner to control the temperature of rubber matrix. It is coasted with multi-level radiator on the surface, which increases the contact area and residence time of steam or cooling water so as to make the temperature control more sensitive and convenient. There is a point for measuring temperature set on the joint between outer housing and unit body and the temperature value is indicated by the thermometer mounted on the control panel of the unit body.
3) Liner: during operation, the rubber matrix rub against the screw and outer wall of liner, for the purpose of preventing changing the more complicated outer housing and making maintenance more convenient, there is a liner set in the outer -1-
housing. This liner is made from high quality carbon steel and reached very high strength after heat treatment to be durable.
4) Unit head: it is the part for shaping when extruding rubber hose, in the head of this unit, there equipped with a cone and die, and there are 3 adjusting bolts at the outside of the head. They can adjust the central location of the die to get the rubber hoses with even thickness and changing the die location can change the thickness of rubber hose. Steam or cooling water can be injected for heating or cooling according to different technological requirements. There is a point for measuring temperature set on the head of unit and its temperature value is indicated by the thermometer mounted on the control panel of the unit body
5) Unit body: it is the main part of the unit and matches with the outer housing of multi-level radiator, steam or cooling water can be injected to between the unit body and outer housing, there is a feed port set on the body of unit and use picker feed method to feed in raw material. There is an eccentric groove on the feed port, which quickens feed and increase output.
6) Transmission system: this unit adopts three-phase two-speed asynchronous motor, which can realize the following four different speeds: 28, 40, 56, 80r/min so as to meet different technological requirements.
