The key to the ceramic filter is the ceramic filtration plate.It is made of new microporous ceramic and silicon carbide.

The unique constructure of ceramic plate creates uniform micropores . When the ceramic pore is suitable, the pore maintains the sufficient fluid condition throughout the filtering process because of the capillarity. The air cannot pass the filtration plate, only liquid could flow. So the vacuum can be above 0.09Mpa. Therefore the energy consumption is lower and the liquid-solid separation effect is better.

We supply white corundum filtration plate and the silicon carbide filtration plate. According to the different situation and materials, customers may select the different material filtration plate.

Characteritics 

1. Framework has high concentration, film has high intensity, excellent resistance to wear, compression and corrosion. White alundum is electrically melted and moulded into grads with 500t hydraulic press and 1800 whole agglomeration, pressure resistance can reach 8bar.
2. High open porosity and productivity; high filtering precision, low vacuum consumption. Fine materials, whole compound, stick without glue, good water permeability, open porosity can reach 92%, adopt 1800mesh superfine white alundum film-spraying pre-coating technique which has good capillary function and low vacuum consumption.
3. Many methods for regeneration, service life is greatly prolonged. It can be cleaned with organic solvent under high temperature and high pressure with good regenerating effect and long service life.
